Being a truck driver requires hard work, dedication and patience. It's also a profession where training is a necessity. This shortage can be solved through the hiring of qualified applicants regardless of gender, or through an increase in salary. After all, every problem has a solution.

I agree to Duncan,well it is really bad to see that in this services their is a shortage.In Finland they don't let it happen because many of transportation companies believing that if you give the best of your services you will earn a lot of the benefits.
